Club Shop

Club Bulk order using the Club order Window
The club kit manager will open the "shop" for ordering twice a year.

• Members will be advised that the order window is open and when it will close 
• Find the item you'd like to order by browsing the Club Shop below. Double check that your order and size is correct. 
• The form doesn't work so well on mobiles - if you are using your mobile choose web version to get the click boxes (comes up at the bottom for iphones)
• Once the window is closed our club kit manager will collate the whole order and order from our supplier who will manufacture as per their current lead time. We will order a few extras of the popular sizes so please complete the form even if the window isn't open as we may have stock or your order will be added to to the next order window
• Payment will be taken by Go Cardless by our treasurer when the order is placed with the supplier
• Lead time at the factory is 6-8 weeks and delivery is an additional 6-8 weeks so delivery is likely to be a minimum of 12 weeks (this could be longer for example if there is a clash with Chinese New Year or due to unforeseen circumstances such as the current issues with the Red Sea). 
• If you miss the order window you may still be able to order core items individually via the Club Shop subject to availability. The full range of your club kit may only be available during the order window.
