Black Swan Winter Meet

This gala is on Saturday & Sunday 18th/19th October at Elmbridge Xcel, Walton-on-Thames KT12 2JG and is an L3 gala.
  • Staines Black Swan galas fill up incredibly quickly, so we have very little time to turn round our entry. Therefore your entries must be in to the club via the form below by 10 pm on 22nd of July.
  • We have yet to receive the Hytek file for this meet so I am currently unable to run an eligibility report.  As soon as I can one will be added to this page.  Until then please look up your times on the ASA database and check them against the published qualifying times. 
  • Below are four buttons the Promoter's conditions, Program of events, Qualifying times and the other is a link to ASA times (just put in your family name and it will bring up your best times).  
  • The qualifying times must be 25m SC times , they will not accept converted LC times.  All entries must be faster than the qualifying time but slower than 2014 National times.
  • You can only compete in ASA galas if you are 9 or over.  The 100's individual stokes are for girls 11yrs and over only and boys 12yrs and over only.  Anyone can do the 50's, 200's and 200IM!
  • Ages are calculated as at 19th October 2014.
  • You do not need to email Janita or Robin separately, but you need to include a bank ref with your swimmers surname and part of the gala name eg OwensSurrey, Smith SurDev
  • Please make your payment (£5 X number of events you enter)  to the BSC Competition Account.  This is different from the Membership Account.
