Club Camp - Easter, Sat 12th April to Sat 19th of April

We need all people coming to the camp to give us the information as detailed on the form.  We do NEED all of this info. We will be having a meeting for everyone with the coaches before we leave and will ask that all swimmers sign a code of conduct form.  All meals are included but swimmers should take some money for drinks, ice-creams and gifts, a suggested 140 euros, which we can look after and hand out each day depending on costs.  We will collect passports and a photocopy from the children the week before.

The insurance pdf's, our contact numbers and a list of kit that you will need will be published on the camp info page next to this one.

    Insurance & Health Card Details

Everyone needs a European Health Insurance Card and travel insurance.  Let us know if you want to buy specialist sports travel insurance at £15 per person through our travel company.  If not you need to check the details of your insurance to see that you have the same cover and then we will need details and a photocopy of your own insurance policy as your child will have to have adequate travel insurance to come. Sports travel insurance info.

    Older children, allowed out?

We will have a full training itinerary, which will be published on the camp info page.  When not swimming or training, all children 12 and under will be required to stay in the hotel and grounds, unless accompanied by one of the chaperones.  However, if you feel that your older child is occasionally allowed to go out in groups of no less than 3 and no later than 10pm, we require that their guardian give us a written letter with permission to do that and whether they are allowed out only in the day or also in the evening.

    Medical

    Pretend this is British...

    Medicines

    • Please supply any medicine your child needs in a clear labelled plastic bag.  The medicine itself also needs labelling with the normal dose.
    • If your child is asthmatic or has an epi-pen, we need to have a spare in case of an emergency and your child obviously needs to keep their own inhaler with them as normal, but we need to know.
    • Please also supply your own medicine if you think your child may need neurofen, paracetemol, calpol or piriton for whatever reason or if you think there may be an eventuality when your child will need it.
    • Please pack medicine in their cases as we will not be allowed to take everyone's through customs but let us know and ask your child to give it to us on arrival at the hotel - except things like their normal inhaler.
Please tick if in the event of an emergency we are allowed to give any of the following:
