This gala is L3 on Friday, Saturday & Sunday 25th, 26th and 27th November at Leys Leisure Pool, Oxford.

- This Gala is to replace the Atlantis Christmas Cracker which we were NOT accepted for.
- This gala has NOT faster than Times. As it is a Sports Systems Gala (not Hytek), I cannot do an eligibility report. Please carefully check your swimmer's times to ensure that they qualify. Please see the Promoter's Conditions for the time limits. Sports System pulls times directly from ASA, so I cannot change times. The good news is that Club Champs times should be included.
- The deadline for this competition is 29th September 2016, but please enter asap so that the file can be ready.
- Below are three buttons the Promoter's conditions, Link to Oxford SC Website and the other is a link to ASA times so you can double check your times (just put in your family name and it will bring up your best times).
- The qualifying times must be 25m SC (short course) times. All entries must be licensed times.
- You can only compete in ASA galas if you are 9 or over. There are 50m, 100m (10yrs+) & 200m races for all strokes as well as 100, 200 & 400 IM and 400 Free.
- Ages are calculated as at 27th November 2016
- All events are £6.00 each.
- You do not need to email Sirje or Caroline separately, but you need to include a bank ref with your swimmers surname and part of the gala name eg Owens Oxford, Smith Oxford
- Please make your payment to the BSC Competition Account. This is different from the Membership Account.
