Your details will be passed on to our travel agent precisely the way you entered them. We cannot check whether the information provided by you is correct or not, so please make sure to double check your entries before hitting the 'Submit' button.

If you have made a mistake, please resubmit your form. Unless you tell us otherwise (please email [email protected]), your previous submission(s) will be deleted.

Accommodation is in triple rooms. You have the option of requesting a room upgrade (for double or single) for additional cost. Your request will only be forwarded to the travel agent if the cost of upgrade has been fully paid.

It is a condition of booking that everyone in the group travels with adequate travel insurance. The travel insurance offered by Absolute Sports Travel has been specially designed to meet the needs of their sports tour groups and has inclusions that you are unlikely to find in alternative standard policies. Gadgets and tablets (i-phones, i-pads etc.) are not included. The cost of Travel Insurance is £15.00

Travel Insurance Policy Wording

When filling in the form, please indicate whether you are purchasing the Travel Insurance offered by Absolute Sports Travel or you have arranged/will arrange your own insurance. In the latter case, you will be required to enter the details of your alternative policy (name of insurer, insurance policy number and a copy of the Insurance Policy). Your alternative policy will have to provide at least the same level of cover as the one offered by our tour operator.

Besides Travel insurance, everyone needs to have their valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). If your EHIC has expired or you do not have one, please check here to find out how to apply. Your card will normally arrive within seven days if you are using the official process.
