- The age of a swimmer is at 31st December 2018.
- Times must have been swum since 6th March 2017.
- All events are for 10years and over except for the 400IM which are for 11 years and over.
- Entries must be in to the club via the form below by midnight Sunday 25th February 2018.
- Below are four buttons one for the Surrey Swimming website, one with the Promoter's Conditions (this has the entry times and meet programme), the third is an eligibility report and the other is a link to ASA times (just put in your family name and it will bring up your best times).
- Your times must be licensed times..
- You can only compete in ASA galas if you are 9 or over.
- The "Surrey website" button is a link to the Surrey Swimming website where you will find the full Promoter's Conditions, Schedule of Events and Qualifying Times. Note: their are cut off times (you must be slower than this) and qualifying times (you must be faster than this) for this meet. Short Course and Long Course Qualifying Times have been provided and no converted times are permitted.
- Costs are £5.50 per event. Please do not make your payment until we have published the accepted entries. If the meet is over-subscribed, the promoter may reject entries based on the submitted entry times.
- Please make your payment to the BSC Competition Account. This is different from the Membership Account. Please include a payment reference eg.BurnsAgeGroup
