Hillingdon SC Winter Open Meet 2017
This gala is on Saturday & Sunday 16th and 17th December 2017 at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex, Gatting Way, Uxbridge, UB8 1ES, it is a L3 gala.
- Entries for this gala are based on time (please see minimum times in Promoter's Conditions), so it is possible that some entries could be scratched if they are oversubscribed. Entries must be in to the club via the form below by midnight Sunday 29th October 2017.
- Minimum age for this meet is age 10. Age as at midnight 18 December 2017.
- Entry fees are £7 per event. No refunds except for rejected events.
- Below are Promoter's conditions, upper & lower qualifying times, the Hillingdon Website and ASA Times. Please check your times and eligibility to enter the events.
- Swimmers must sign in at least 1 hour before each session.
- You need to include a bank ref with your swimmers surname and part of the gala name eg BurnsWycombe, Burns Wycombe.
- Please make your payment to the BSC Competition Account. This is different from the Membership Account.
